About the event
At Changing Cycles we are passionate about educating and empowering parents/ carers & signinficant adults to support the Children in their lives to come to a better understanding of the physical, emotional and energetic changes that will take place in the Pre Teen & Teen Years.
We will also explore how to ensure that the foundations for your relationship with them are strong and that you have taken time to reflect on how you will nurture your relationship and help you all to navigate the next stage of your journey together.
The time to prepare is before you "need" to. Your confidence is key. Your children are never too young for you to educate yourself and to have the confidence to sow seeds in an age appropriate way.
Our 4 Week Online Program will take place on Wednesday Evening's via Zoom.
Topics covered will include:
- Understanding the Pre Teen/Teen Brain.
- Puberty – What to expect.
- Menstruation Beyond Biology.
- Mental Health & Body Image.
- Healthy Relationships.
- Maintaining communication through the Teen years.
Maximum benefit will be gained by particpating fully in all sessions.
The format will allow us all to learn & explore together.
We request that Camera's are on at all times and that you have a space that you can openly have and listen to converstions of this nature.
