About the event

At Changing Cycles we are passionate about educating and empowering parents to support thier daugthers in better understanding the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of menstruation and to encourage and support a postive relationship with their body and the changes it is going through. 

A 4 Week Online Program taking place on Wednesday Evening's via Zoom.  For Particpant Confidentiality the event won't be recorded although a summary of each session will be provided.  Maximum benefit will be obtained by participating in the live session.
