Here is Jenny in her own words

"Mental health has always been with me, since I was a child. It's what I call my 'birthmark'. The shadow followed me right into my teenage & adult years.

I had a pretty profound life changing experience in 2022 when I gave birth to my twins, which was followed by the darkest of roads! It brought me to my knees. It damaged me, took my mental health to a whole new level of illness. One to which I had completely lost control, sense of reality & purpose.

From the darkness, something extraordinary happened.

A journey I never imagined nor planned for myself, a journey of finding my authentic self, rediscovery, a journey of connection, healing & spirituality. I founded an organization called C.O.P.E.S, which is centered around people's wellbeing.

My life has taken a dramatic change of direction, which suits me, cause I'm known to family & friends as a 'drama queen', what they mean by that is, I have a theatrical nature haha."

As always half the donations will go to Women's Aid Armagh/Down and half will go to the upkeep of Benburb Priory.
