Here is Giovanna in her own words.
"I always had the feeling that my life was difficult, and sometimes I fell in the role of the victim. I used my will to reach my goals, and I counted on all my determination often at the expenses of my body. When my body started to talk through small imbalances, I didn’t really pay attention; and only after a few years and many life events after, I opened my mind and started to ask myself: what does this pain really mean? Since that question, I opened a different chapter of my life, I started to build a deep intimate relation with my body and its wisdom, and learned a lot about myself.
I felt more confident and above all, I changed my belief: life could be easier…
