Hailing from County Armagh, Deborah spent a lot of life trying to figure out “what she wanted to be when she grew up”.  She moved from job to job, never being satisfied or happy, always thinking there had to be some kind of work that would feed her soul.  She experienced bullying and spent a substantial part of her life feeling life was all a bit “meh”, that something was missing and there had to be more to life than “this”

Her attendance at a holistic health & wellbeing fair would be a catalyst for change when a chance meeting with 2 Holistic therapists opened her up to the idea that she may in fact have been living with depression.

This encounter would help lead Deborah down a Holistic Healing path of Discovery and Recovery,…
