Hailing from County Armagh, Deborah spent a lot of life trying to figure out “what she wanted to be when she grew up”.  She moved from job to job, never being satisfied or happy, always thinking there had to be some kind of work that would feed her soul.  She experienced bullying and spent a substantial part of her life feeling life was all a bit “meh”, that something was missing and there had to be more to life than “this”

Her attendance at a holistic health & wellbeing fair would be a catalyst for change when a chance meeting with 2 Holistic therapists opened her up to the idea that she may in fact have been living with depression.

This encounter would help lead Deborah down a Holistic Healing path of Discovery and Recovery, moving from a place of Depression to a place of Empowerment.  

Crediting the Holistic approach to life to her own healing and personal transformation she is passionate about helping, educating, teaching and inspiring women and men to heal from their past, take control of their minds and emotions, harness their body’s natural ability to heal and transform their lives.

As always half the donations will go to Women's Aid Armagh/Down and half will go to the upkeep of Benburb Priory.
