Benburb Herstory October

I believe every women has a story to tell, this month Jayne Patterson will be sharing hers,

here is Jayne in her own words 

"Hi beautiful souls I am Jayne. I am a wife, sister, daughter, shaman, folk herbalist, witch and

Shamanic Energy Medicine Therapist. 7 years ago I brought to life my business Elemental

Earth where I grow and forage herbs and plants to offer natural holistic body care products,

folk remedies and after years of training shamanic therapy to those who need it.

It took severe ill health and a mental breakdown to dream this life into being and for me to

understand that I needed to change my focus from the roots of my being up. Now I am

passionate about helping people to live in flow with nature, the changing cycles of the earth,

themselves and the wheel of the year.

Herstory is an opportunity for me to share my life lessons and knowledge with those who

might need to hear it and to show it is never too late to change your life into something you

truly love."
