Le linn gach rang beidh muid ag súgradh agus ag spraoi, úsáidfimid ár lámha ar a chéile agus orainn féin, déanfaimid síntí le scaoileadh le teannas sa chorp, labhróimid faoi na rudaí maithe atá againn inár saol agus beidh muid ag foghlaim faoi anáil agus conas gur féidir linn é a úsáid le strus a laghdú. This six week Relax Kids course will provide a beautiful opportunity for families to come together to learn new and different skills to help them relax and destress.

Each class will include lots of play and games, we will use our hands on each other and on ourselves, we will do simple stretches to release tension we hold in our bodies, we will talk and think about the good things we have in our lives and we will learn simple deep breathing techniques. At the end of each class everyone will find somewhere comfy to lie down and we will listen to some relaxing music and do a simple bodyscan meditation.

When families practice relaxation techniques together it forms a stronger, better family unit and in the future when stress levels start rising everybody has a few techniques to pull out of the bag.
