A self facilitated Retreat where you can escape from the busyness of every day life, bring your favourite book, earphones to listen to an inspiring podcast, or walk with nature at your own pace.
There will be a selection of books, guidance cards and other wellness tools available to enable you to rest, recharge, & reconnect.
You can walk when you want to walk, rest when you want to rest, this will be your unstructured, unscheduled time to simply be.
Choose to to add on 1.1 treatments such as reflexology, massage, facials.
