Are you ready for your mid - year reset?
Fionnuala Cassidy and Sarah Logan, both experienced facilitators, would like to invite you to re-write your story and prioritise self-care in this one day retreat.
Step out of your busy life and into a world where we will give you the tools to relax and look after your wellbeing through creative writing and mindfulness.
