June 2019- I wrote this last year and when it showed up on my memories today. I thought I would add to my new Blog. Here it is. 💕
“Letting Go Of What No Longer Serves Us.”
I have been talking with a lot of people who have had a challenging June. 💔🤦🏻♀️😴🙁
I wrote a post at the end of May about Healing Crisis and Emotions the theme continued it’s way into June. 😊(if you would like to read it let me know)
When we set intentions to release that which no longer serves our greatest and highest good; we need to be prepared that what we release won’t always be what we want, it won’t always be easy and it won’t necessarily happen in a way that makes any sense. However through whatever change happens its important to remind ourselves in the words of Louise Hay “out of this situation, only good can come”❤️
This month I have been reminded of the importance of doing deeper healing work. ❤️
I was reminded of an analogy that I often use called The Scratch & The Scab. 👩⚕️ 🚑❣️
If we get a physical scratch or small cut it can be painful, it can take a bit of TLC to heal, depending where it is it might inconvenience us for a few days or a few weeks. It’s usually all pretty straightforward process. If we take the scab of a deeper wound that hasn’t yet healed it can be a whole different story.
I think emotional pain can be the same. If we have done the deeper healing work when difficult situations arrive they still hurt, they still challenge us and we still have to heal and overcome them. They are however less likely to hurt us as at very deep level. ❤️
The First 6 months of 2019 have been full of Amazing experiences and opportunities, lots of special memories and connections with amazing people.
June you have been a month of growth, healing & lots of #Birthday Love. ❤️🌱 🎂

Thank you to everyone for your love and to those who shared many special moments with me this month including the magical experience of Firewalking with me and my first speaking event for my @Institute For The Psychology Of Eating Journey with Positive Living Network Newry
That was 2019 and 2020 has so far been an interesting mix of all of the above.
