Throughout June 2022 at Changing Cycles Community Interest Company, we ran a series of Menstrual Education Sessions with Primary School girls in our local schools. 
This mini book is comprised of the questions we were asked during sessions along with the answers that we gave. It is a simple, informative and body and period positive guide to support girls and this that love them containing answers to the common questions girls have.
