When someone reaches out to me for support I will very often recommend Homeopathy, I'm not a Homeopath however I do work closely with some amazing Homeopaths.
Homeopathy is not something that is familiar to most people a few may of heard of Arnica or teething powders, that is usually as far as it goes. Homeopathy can be used in a different ways acute or chronic/constitutionally. Acute is the equivalent to over the counter remedies for a range of different conditions and chronic or constitutional is done by working with a Homeopath.
I recently asked a few of my clients to share their experiences of Homeopathy and this is what they shared.
These are just some examples that I have seen over the last few years and In addition to the Chronic/Constututional Support they received they now all also use Homeopathy as Home Prescribers for Acute Support.
Here is a longer Blog I wrote about my own experience of using Homeopathy acutely when I experienced a Horse Fly Bite on holiday.
The Homeopaths I recommend are:
I generally suggest having a look around their websites and seeing who feels like the best fit for you.
If you are interested in Homeopathy of Menstrual Health this fantastic Webinar from Antoinette Mc Wheeney explains how Homeopathy can support Menstrual Health. I also contributed to this Episode, with a conversation about what to consider when preparing your daughter for her first period.
This Blog post covers some of the books I recommend.
I also regularly use Indigo Essences with both Children and Adults and they are a powerful support tool and the linked Blog provides more info on them.
If you would like to have a conversation with me about whether Homeopathy may be a helpful part of your well being jigsaw puzzle then please book and appointment and we can discuss further.
Thank you for reading.
